Section 8 Office Building Re-Use

• DJG designed the adaptive re-use of a former 6,000 sf bank building into a Section 8 Office Building for the Authority.

• Work included new heating, ventilation and air conditioning; elevator; conversion of the former drive-thru into a conference room; replacement of windows; and space planning for the entire building.
