Colander Bishop Meadows Kitchen Replacements

• DJG designed a complete kitchen replacement in 80 apartment units at this neighborhood.

• Design included documents for each of the eight types of housing units, including fully handicap compliant kitchens.

• Following completion of design, DJG assisted the Authority during the bid and award phase of the project.

• The construction of the new units was coordinated with the residents to completely demolish and construct a new kitchen unit in a one-day period.

• The work within each unit included architectural wall and ceiling finishes, new kitchen casework, new sinks and faucets, range hoods, and electrical outlets.
