Sylvia Brown Apartments Site and Drainage Improvements

• DJG assisted the Authority by upgrading the drainage and improving site for this complex in two phases.
• The phases consisted of DJG designing small brick veneer retaining walls to allow regrading of the site to let stormwater drain away from the buildings, relocating fire hydrants, provide handicap access, and also repaved and restriped the parking lot.
