The College of William & Mary receives architectural and engineering services support-to include construction administration, and bid and award services when needed-from DJG through a recently renewed term contract. The variety of projects accomplished to date has included:

Preston Hall Reconstruction

When a fire at the Preston Hall dormitory displaced more than 100 students during finals in May 2005, the College chose DJG to assist with renovation design to return the dorm to serviceable use as quickly as possible. DJG expeditiously finalized construction documents for the Preston Hall renovation, releasing plans in time for a mid-June bid date. Substantial construction was completed and students moved back into the dorm in October 2005. Construction cost was $1,452,000, which was below the original estimate of $1,600,000.
