  1. How long have you been in the A/E industry? 7 (Since September 2008)LFrost small
  2. Why or what influenced you to get into this industry?JOB DURABILITY – regardless of economy, there is always a need for heating, air conditioning, and ventilation
    • PROFESSIONALISM – holding a state license has an appeal
    • FAMILY HISTORY – one of my grandfathers worked for Grumman as an electrical engineer for many years & my other grandfather was a home building contractor – I think that mechanical consulting engineering is a sort of in-between averaging of the two
  3. Tell us something we would be surprised to learn about you. When I was about 7 years old I performed Swedish folk dancing for the King of Sweden at South Street Seaport, Manhattan, NYC.

In spring 2008, I performed a martial arts demonstration in the Third World Butoku Sai at Honbu, Kyoto, Japan for Dai Nippon Butoku Kai as a
student of Sensei Tesshin Hamada.

  1. What is the best advice you ever received? All you have in business is your reputation, take good care of it.
  2. Favorite Vacation Spot: Tropical Cruises
  3. Favorite book or movie:
    • All work by Isaac Asimov (Foundation Series, Short Stories, etc.)
    • Scientific writing (Hawking, Einstein)
    • Philosophical/religious writings (Dali Llama, Zen books)
  4. First Job: Residential swimming pool construction, service, and customer education
  5. Most unique talent? Stock trading & Martial Arts
  6. What’s the one thing you can’t live without? Family
  7. Biggest Pet Peeve? Anything that stands in the way of production
